Private airport transfer cars, from a sedan to a minibus

For up to four passengers, the Range Rover Sport and the Mercedes-Benz GLE300d are $190 for a 1 hour transfer. The Mercedes-Benz S450 and the fully electric BMW i7 are $250, and both are chauffeur hire only. The S450 has rear executive seating, multiple screens and a panoramic roof.

For a grander arrival, the Bentley Flying Spur is $530 for the hour and the Bentley Bentayga $620. The Rolls-Royce Ghost is $910 and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan $1,380, both with rear coach doors and a starlight headliner. Groups travel together in the 7 seat Vito or a 9 or 14 seat Sprinter, at $140, $200 or $280 for the hour.

Luxury airport transfers in Melbourne, booked step by step

Send the reserve form with the date, the pickup, the number of passengers and the destination, plus your flight number and terminal. We come back to you with availability and the exact price, usually the same day. Your flight number lets us track the flight and agree the pickup time with you. For a departure, give us the flight time and terminal when you book.

A 50% deposit secures the booking, and the balance is paid in the week of travel. You can pay by card, cash or bank transfer, and no surcharge applies. Child and booster seats are available on request, so tell us the children's ages. Extra stops on the way, such as a second address, are planned with you when you book.

Timing, night pickups and the service area

Ten Stars Cars is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for early departures and late arrivals. A pickup between 11pm and 5am carries the 25% night surcharge, as does a transfer on a Victorian public holiday. Tolls and parking are included in every chauffeured transfer.

Standard rates cover Melbourne Metro, and travel charges may apply outside metro, so your exact price is confirmed before you book. Our cars have been driven to Melbourne Airport, The Langham Hotel, The Hotel Windsor, Crown Melbourne, Meriton Suites King Street and Travelodge Docklands. A Melbourne Airport chauffeur can also stay with you for the day, by the hour from $157 per hour on a 6 hour hire.

  2. We confirm availability and send you an exact price. An enquiry is not a booking until it is confirmed.
  3. A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid in the week of the booking, by card, cash or bank transfer with no surcharge.
  4. If you need to cancel, the fee per car is $250 with more than 7 days notice. Within 1 to 7 days it is $500, and on the day or for a no show it is the full deposit.
  5. A 25% surcharge applies on Victorian public holidays and to night transfers, with pickups between 11pm and 5am.
