Every price includes GST. A 25% surcharge applies on Victorian public holidays and to night transfers, with pickups between 11pm and 5am. On self drive, the 25% surcharge applies to hires starting on a Victorian public holiday and to pickups or returns between 11pm and 5am. Standard rates cover Melbourne Metro. Travel charges may apply outside metro. Rate cards run to 6 hours chauffeured, 7 hours for the classics and 7 days self drive. Longer hires and multi car bookings are quoted on request. Executive chauffeur cars for the back seat
The Mercedes-Benz S450 has rear executive seating, multiple screens, a panoramic roof and ambient lighting, so the back seat works as an office. The BMW i7 is fully electric and silent on the move. Both are black sedans, chauffeur hire only, from $187 per hour on a 6 hour hire, or $250 for a 1 hour transfer.
When the day calls for more, the Bentley Flying Spur is a W12 saloon built for the back seat. The Rolls-Royce Ghost has a starlight headliner and rear coach doors, and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Bentley Bentayga are SUVs. Every car seats four passengers, and the black Range Rover Sport is the entry point at $157 per hour.
Corporate car hire in Melbourne for a whole team
The Mercedes-Benz Vito seats 7, the Sprinter minibuses 9 or 14, and the King Long coach 35, so a conference group travels together. The Vito starts from $105 per hour, the Sprinters from $150 and $209, and the coach from $437, based on a 6 hour hire. A 1 hour minimum applies, and the Vito, Sprinters and coach carry a whole group's bags.
With more than 60 vehicles, Ten Stars Cars can quote several cars leaving one hotel together, and a hire over several days. A business that books with us regularly can be set up with an account and invoiced. Otherwise a 50% deposit secures the date and the balance is paid in the week of the booking. Card, cash and bank transfer are all accepted, with no surcharge.
Corporate transfers, from enquiry to the pickup
Send the reserve form with the date, the pickup, the number of passengers and the destination. For an airport transfer, add the flight number and terminal. We confirm availability and the exact price, usually the same day, and WhatsApp is the best way to book at short notice. The chauffeurs are professionally dressed, and extra stops between meetings are planned with you when you book.
A pickup between 11pm and 5am or on a Victorian public holiday carries a 25% surcharge. Standard rates cover Melbourne Metro, and travel charges may apply for a site outside metro, such as a regional office, confirmed before you book.
Our cars have been driven to Parliament House, The University of Melbourne, Crown Melbourne, The Langham Hotel, Melbourne Airport and Morack Golf Course. They have also been to Witchmount Estate Winery and the Botanical Hotel. The Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula are within the service area.

How booking works
- Send the Reserve form, message us on WhatsApp or call 0478 889 116. Last minute bookings are best made on WhatsApp.
- We confirm availability and send you an exact price. An enquiry is not a booking until it is confirmed.
- A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid in the week of the booking, by card, cash or bank transfer with no surcharge.
- If you need to cancel, the fee per car is $250 with more than 7 days notice. Within 1 to 7 days it is $500, and on the day or for a no show it is the full deposit.
- A 25% surcharge applies on Victorian public holidays and to night transfers, with pickups between 11pm and 5am.
