Yes. A 25% surcharge applies on Victorian public holidays and to night transfers, with pickups between 11pm and 5am. On self drive, the 25% surcharge applies to hires starting on a Victorian public holiday and to pickups or returns between 11pm and 5am.

Yes. Every chauffeured hire includes a professional chauffeur and fuel.

The minimum age depends on the car. It is 20 for the GLC300, GLE300d and Range Rover Sport, and 30 for the Porsche 911 and Bentley Bentayga. Each car lists its minimum age.

Between $2,000 and $6,000 depending on the car. It is refunded after the car is returned, subject to no damage, cleaning, refuelling or extra kilometres.

$30,000 on all self drive vehicles.

100, 150 or 200 km per day depending on the car, then $2 to $20 per km as listed on each car.

No. Self drive is priced per 24 hour period.

From one of our Melbourne collection points: Pascoe Vale, Airport West, Hillside or the Melbourne CBD, depending on the car, confirmed at booking. You can also ask for delivery to an address on the Reserve form. We confirm whether it is possible, and the cost, with your quote.

Yes, we travel well beyond Melbourne, and standard rates cover Melbourne Metro. We regularly travel to the Yarra Valley, the Mornington Peninsula and beyond, and travel charges may apply.

$75 per 15 minutes per car.

Yes. Our after reception hotel service is a one hour rate. It is $540 for the 1975 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, $680 for the Rolls-Royce Convertible and the Clouds, and $810 for every other classic.

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is paid in the week of the booking.

If you need to cancel, the fee is per car and depends on the notice you give. It is $250 with more than 7 days notice and $500 within 1 to 7 days of the booking. A cancellation on the day or a no show forfeits the full 50% deposit.

You pay by card, cash or bank transfer with no surcharge, and a 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid in the week of the booking.

Yes. We can make a time for you to view the car. A deposit may be required.

We cover weddings, school formals and debutante balls, airport transfers, corporate travel, film and content shoots and winery tours. Also birthdays and milestones, proposals and engagements, hens and bucks nights, Spring Racing Carnival days, funerals and visitors to Melbourne.

Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the ages when you book.

Yes. Tolls and parking are included in every chauffeured hire.

Luggage space depends on the car, so tell us how many bags when you book and we will suggest the right one. The sedans and SUVs take airport luggage, and the Vito, Sprinters and coach carry a whole group's bags.

Our chauffeurs are professionally dressed for every booking.

Yes. Ribbons are included on wedding cars, and you are welcome to add your own decorations. Tell us what you have in mind when you book.

Yes. Tell us the stops when you book and we will plan the timing with you.

Yes. Overseas and interstate licences are accepted for self drive, subject to approval.

Yes, alcohol is allowed in the limousines on adult bookings. School formal bookings are alcohol free.
